A.C. Webb has a strong ethos in professional development and training of all of their staff. Training is constantly provided including general Health & Safety, First Aid, specific Plant Operators qualifications and off course regulatory update training and refresher courses. This ensures all employees from management through to front-line staff are informed and competent to the very highest standards.
We are also very proud to offer an apprenticeship programme to up and coming youngsters who are looking to pursue a career in the electrical contracting industry. As with all of our apprentices we work closely with local colleges to ensure that they are not only being provided with the on-site hands on experience, but are also gaining the in depth theory and regulatory based knowledge that is vital part of gaining the NVQ and becoming a fully qualified electrician.
